As a makeshift, you can substitute the EAF801 by an EBF89. The EBF89 contains additionally to its penthode unit 2 diode units, where the EAF801 has only 1 diode.
The internal shield of the EAF801 is lead out to a separate pin to be connected to ground. Though the internal shield of the EBF89 is connected to cathode internally.
Since the cathode of the EAF801 may not be at ground potential in its normal circuit, replacing the EAF801 by an EBF89 may detoriate the performance of the receiver. If the performance is still sufficient, you can leave the EBF89.
